Nice room with great view
Very nice cleaning ladies
Great food - the best I had in an allinclusive resort. Beef cheeks were a delight.
Comfortable sun beds
Resort was totally not prepared for the bad weather. We chose a resort with kids club and heated pool - those were our presise reasons for choosing this hotel. We got 3 days of bad wether with rain and wind. The kids club was closed ln the rainy day with no reason during opening hours. The bar was full with only one waitress and I waited 30mins for 1 coffee and did not get it. The next day when the weather got a bit better and people wanted to swim in the pool it was extremly cold. Not heated for sure.
One day we also got no hot water in the shower.
All inclusive - poor coffee and no juice except breakfast.
In a family room for 4 only one tiny closet. We had to keep clothes in our suitcases

The hotel's location offers a stunning view, and the staff provided excellent service—everyone was very courteous, from the housekeeper to the managers. The food was varied and delicious, and the beach was stunning.
Towels weren't changed daily; we had to ask for clean ones. The pool restrooms were unclean and were only cleaned at the end of the day, even though guests were outside using them all day long—so they were really dirty for most of the day.

Comfort.
A very limited number of staff. Far away from Chania.

good beach front and beach bar and water sports
Pool too cold to use. Inclusive drinks ok but the mixers are aweful; bought my own coke from the shop to go with White Rum. Buffet food is tedious and the other restaurants with limited use per stay are not very good.
