First of all the warm reception, Lilly in the front desk welcomed us with a huge smile and great personality that her and my wife almost became besties. The property is huge, the private beach is awesome and the pool area is always clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing are the ants in the Premium Junior Suite in the private pool area were a bit annoying. Especially with a 2 year old that wants to go outside.

Beautiful views
Elegant and clean
Food was good - bus as you might expect for a 5* hotel
This hotel lacks atmosphere in the evenings. No events organised no music in the bars and not many people around. If you’re fine with going to bed early or catching a taxi in to town and back (12-15 euros each way) then it’s fine. There’s nothing much organised in the day for adults either. Water sports are very expensive as is the spa at around €270 for a massage or facial.
Service in the restaurant is not 5*. We were often having to clear own plates to end of table just to allow space for second course, several times we had to serve own coffee when first arriving and always having to ask for refills . Keep your own dirty cutlery for second course. The restaurant staff lack a manager - some are adjusting chairs trying to look busy while others walk past end of table with plates stacked up that need clearing. Most are friendly but the staff are not working efficiently.
There is only one swimming pool area - despite photos showing spa pool and a water slide pool. These are extras that need paying for. That’s not clear on booking.
Half board option can only be used for dinner- no options to switch to lunch instead. Other restaurants on site are very expensive and you are only allocated €24 per person to eat there. That just about pays for a starter!
Overall nice accommodation but disappointing facilities and certainly not great value for money
