Everything was great! The breakfast, the room, the location. The bed was not great, but it wasn’t horrible. A new mattress is needed.

The property & the location is 100% what we were looking for with our Sicilian experience. Beautiful architecture that reminded us of the balcony scene from Romeo & Juliet . Authentic & we’ve fallen in love with this place and made plans already to return .
Nothing it was amazing

The location was very good in Old town, breakfast was nice served in their restaurant next door, we were able to do an early check-in and they kept our bags the next day until we left Trapani. They helped to organize a taxi to take us up to Erice( party of 7).
They do not have an elevator up to the first floor rooms( this is clearly stated on their website) , but for the 2nd floor they have a lift for the suitcases.

In the heart of the center. Very convenient to nearby bars and resturaunts.
The manager was so rude. I was leaving Favignana and did not have good service. Unfortunately arrived past the check in time and though he waited he was beyond angry and rude. He did not offer to help me with my luggage as he guided me up 5 flights of stairs and when I called him out on it, he said “where do you think you’re at? A 5 star hotel?” I was so angry that I chose to stay there. And the included breakfast was very mediocre.
