The only negative was that we were given a room with no external windows, only an internal facing window to the reception and so no natural light.

It was my partners Birthday and they made some lovely gestures for it and made lots of effort, we felt really looked after and cared for.
I would love to try a bigger room next time that’s a bit lighter or has a balcony if that’s an option.

It’s exceptional design of the inside building, entrance and lobby. Just WOW. Location is very central.
Entrance to the room is a bit complicated with all these sliding system and doors, and curtains.
No welcome letter with WI- FI password or prices for stuff in the fridge.
The shower did not have a door to keep the water inside, and the shower is hung from the ceiling with no ability to adjust. Water was everywhere and I presume because of that one connected wall was mouldy.
Pool lounges were very uncomfortable with a 4 beanbags. Not enough for hotel residents. When I asked about pool opening hours it was no restriction but around 11:00 it was still not cleaned with bird excrement on sunbeds and there were feathers from dead bird on the deck.
The breakfast wasn’t the best as they served us cold tea and didn’t offer any hot foods. It was only cereal and sandwiches which were a bit stale
