Spacious rooms with great views. Beautiful lobby since it is also used for weddings and ceremonies. The breakfast is exceptional, with great food and great views. Free access to the spa. The location is convenient if you want to go by foot to the ropeway.
The spa is nice but there's no point in having hot stones in the Finnish sauna if you don't have a bucket of water to throw water on it.

Good buffet selection
No luggage rack in the room. When I called the front desk the guy said “we don’t have any in this hotel”, and hung up on me.
