Huge room with lots of sunlight, very clean, staff go above and beyond. Excellent breakfast, and very central location - next to Nagasaki station with easy access to trains, trams and buses.

The location was great, and the breakfast was very good.
Before we even entered the hotel, the lady at the entrance asked if we were checking in. We said yes, and she immediately asked for our passports. We hadn’t even stepped inside yet. A simple welcome first and giving guests a moment to settle would have felt more appropriate.
We handed over our passports, but since we arrived early, our room wasn’t ready. That wasn’t an issue. However, when we returned at 3 PM, our room was still not ready. We had to wait again on the second floor to complete check-in, and the process took far too long. We were kept waiting for quite a while just because they couldn’t match an email. The staff need to work more efficiently and practically.

The location was excellent and the room was quite nice.
For the price, it just wasn't worth it. I think Marriott Hotels in Japan are a step above. I wasn't thrilled about having to fiddle with the shower faucet to get hot water. The breakfast was just not great. Marriott really has Hilton beat in this respect. The number of options and the quality of the food at Marriott is just better.
