When we stopped by to leave our luggage before check-in, the concierge at the front desk kindly provided us with detailed information about sightseeing in Nagasaki, including some local tips and helpful guidance on using and transferring between public transportation.
All the other staff members were also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was much more spacious than we had expected and was exceptionally clean. Thanks to the high-performance air purifier, we did not experience the dryness that is often common in hotel rooms while sleeping, and we were able to rest very comfortably.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Nagasaki in the future.
We did not experience any major issues during our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our overall experience.

Next to the mall and train station.
The lobby was nice. But the room was dated and the toilet was filled with mould, including the bathtub, wall and ceiling. Two room we had, the condition was the same. The wooden cabinet door was broken also. The bed spring gave out sound whenever you turn.
