The hotel is conveniently located, nice easy walk from the train station. It was really nice to not have to worry about finding someplace for dinner, since we could go for a free Ramen on the 11th floor from 9:30 PM..
We walked from our hotel to Nagasaki historical and cultural museum, and we also walked from the hotel to Dejima

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. Everything was within walking distance, the wharf, Dejima, the train station, restaurants, and a fabulous modern mall. We took the tram to the Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, it was just a few stops to go.
Our room was clean and conveniently equipped.
Communication with the front desk staff was a bit difficult, nobody we interacted with spoke any English, which is surprising for such a big hotel.
