A good hotel to explore Sapporo from

The hotel is located close to the station and to the Metro, so you can easily get around. There are a large number of eateries in the vicinity, with a wide range of cuisines available. The hotel is tucked away from the main street, so I found it very quiet, though it may be easily missed.

There was no attached restaurant, but there are enough places nearby to go to.

Superb

Nice location, very near JR Sapporo Station and other points of interest like the Sapporo Clock Building. they have a public bath downstairs which I loved so much!

Nice buffet breakfast. Rooms were pretty new. Good value for a 3-star hotel.

Rooms were quite small, location is a bit far from JR Sapporo station, which makes it harder for travel to cities outside of Sapporo.

Great location but choose or ask about your room’s facing if you can.

The location was great! Rooms were made everyday and vending machines on every floor! Facilities were excellent too.

My main gripe was that the windows faced a wall literally and gave a claustrophobic feel to the room. Also, TV channels were limited.

Location Location Location

Make a wrong booking instead of 2 person per room I booked 1 and thanks to hotel flexibility able to accommodate 10 of us without any extra charges. Excellent location, nearby train station and shopping

good although some little adjustments would benefit them a lot.

position and facilities

my room was in the smoking part of the building and it was too smelly. I don’t smoke and I had to book another hotel for the rest of my stay as there were no free rooms in the no-smoking part of the building, so they should probably make it all no-smoking: it would attract more foreigner tourists, would be safer and healthier for all visitors.

Fabulous

The staff were really polite and helpful. The location is excellent and it is near some quirky food places. The room is cleaned wonderfully and the cleaning staff were really attentive and pay close attention to tiny details of guests’ living habits.
