room was spacious with coffee maker and pods. Close to station and eating joints. Parking was easily available.
Parking car needed guidance. when exiting there was error with parking card. Had to rush back to reception to reset the card. All the guidance is in Japanese.

The room size for 3 of us was good - not too cramped.
The queue for breakfast was long after about 8.30 am, you have to wait for seats to be freed up. TV channels did not include popular international news channels, such as CNA, BBC and CNN.

Room size is slightly bigger than the other brands of price range. Location was alright
Bed sheet were stained, pillow and bed worn out too, no drinking water provided, rooms are dated, run down, not as clean.
