Hotel is virtually brand new: the hotel complex opened only two years ago.
Location is excellent with the subway system (and the accompanying stores and restaurants) within an easy five minute walk.
There’s even an 7-eleven super conveniently next to the lobby, and its entrance doesn’t require exposure to the brutal elements at the peak of winter and summer.
Rooms are well insulated from noise and thermal extremes.
Staff are wonderfully polite and accommodating.
Highly recommended.

Love the hotel and club lounge. Very clean and friendly staff. 24 hr 7-eleven right at the hotel and not far from Sapporo station.

Loved spa and all the amenities were so clean and nice.
Connected 7/11 wss also super helpful.
Definitely loved and closed to daiwa, stellar place shopping
