The room was clean and very well priced. The hosts, Coco and his wife, are very friendly and help with everything you need. I booked alot of tours through them. Also the shower is really nice, hot water is always available and the shower has good waterpressure.

The owner speaks English. Hot shower.
I booked this place only because I had to be close to the PeruHop pick up point.
I wanted to stay a second night and even though the price for the room on Booking.com was cheaper, the owner insisted I paid the same price as the initial room I booked.
None of the reviews I read mentions the place is on a very busy road, and the cars, taxis, buses going most of the night with loud hooting, so not much sleep.
When realising this, I decided not to stay a second night and left early morning.
The accommodation is quite run down and does not have a nice feeling.
Also the place is in downtown Cusco (20 min walk to the main plaza) and I did not feel safe walking around at night (it is out of the tourist area) and no restaurants which you could go to.
It’s expensive comparing to much better accommodation you can get near the main Plaza.
