Location, rooms, hot water in the shower
Really bad wifi, At first had a problem with the staff about my friend's disability (not letting her change to a bottom bed because she cant climb, the girl in the bottom bed suggested to switch and the staff didnt let us) after settling it the receptionist wanted to cancel our reservation and not letting us sleep at the hostel at all, after begging because we had nowhere to sleep she agreed... other than that everything was ok

Friendly staff. Someone there to let us out for our early morning tours
When we submitted our laundry the one staff member weighed it then and the scale said 5 kg. When picking it up the weight increased to 8 kg so the charge was quite a bit more than the agreed 5kg upon drop off.

Great location, pretty building.
Staff unhelpful. No breakfast as promised via booking. No tea available as promised. Very little info given at check in and fairly rude staff on way out.

"Initially booked it for a few hours in between my tour and my bus to Bolivia but after I failed to enter the capital due to protest, I decided to come back here and actually stay. Stay was kind enough..."
