Great hostel in a perfect location in Palermo Soho. Not luxurious, but exactly right – everything works the way it should. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel at home right away.
The staff is amazing: always available, genuinely helpful, and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay better. You can really tell they care.
The shared activities are a lot of fun and make it easy to connect with others from the very first moment. A real highlight is Cony. She takes such great care of the guests, as if she were personally hosting you. That level of warmth and attention really sets this place apart.
