O quarto é bom, a cama é confortável, é uma casa antiga, mas bem charmosa.
O banheiro é privativo, mas fica em outro andar. Para sair do banheiro e chegar ao quarto, tem uma janela que fica sempre aberta e que deixa entrar bastante frio. O buraco da fechadura do banheiro está quebrado, então tem que ficar tentando achar uma posição correta para conseguir abri-la e fechá-la após o uso, fazendo barulho que pode incomodar outros hóspedes. A cortina da ducha estava bastante suja e não tem iluminação que chegue a área da ducha.
