The place is very beautiful and located in a convenient area of Palermo. There is a nice kitchen area, a shared living room, and a workspace. The bathroom on the first floor is truly like a work of art!
There are also several terraces on the third floor. The staff are very helpful and will assist you with any question. Everything is very clean, and every morning the staff do a thorough cleaning.
A special bonus is Coco the cat and the Golden Retriever, who always lifts your mood❤️ I would definitely stay here again!
As for what could be improved, I would suggest providing towels for guests. Also, as far as I understood, the kitchen area does not have small essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, or salt. If those were available, it would make the stay even better.
The only other thing is that I stayed on the third floor, and it was a little difficult to carry my suitcase upstairs, so it is something to keep in mind when checking in. To get to the bathroom and toilet on the third floor, you need to walk through a section that is partly outdoors, and it can feel quite cold. In the summer, I am sure it is perfectly fine — just something to be aware of.

Location, helpful staff, great kitchen, clean, several rooms and patios to hang out. Each bunk was sturdy, had curtains, light, outlet, extra blankets. The four bunk room I was in was large, with window, AC, lockers and coat rack. One of my favorite places to stay on this trip.
Note: Access to your room might require going up a narrow staircase

Location and the staff.
The room I was in (9) had a toxic chemical smell. I luckily was able to change rooms after the first night. No hot water. 20% was added to the price I was quoted on Booking.com.
