The outlook was good. Great seeing the sea. Though wished maybe a little higher than 4th floor.
The shower was very hard to get into with being over bath. Especially the way the doors were, was awkward with the high bathtub.

Location. Size of rooms.
Fan was noisy/faulty, AC was noisy/faulty, rooms weren’t particularly clean or tidy, blinds barely worked, very noisy apartment even with all doors closed.
