The Apartment was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the spa and pool. Great location close to the beach and trams.
A few necessities could have been added to the apartment such as hand towels, face cloths, matress protectors, kitchen sink plug to make our stay more comfortable.

The location can not be beaten. Going out the front door, the beach is in walking distance. Going out the back gate, the shops and restaurants and tourist attractions are walking distance.
The whole complex is very secure and with the free underground car parking on-site, you don't have to worry about your vehicle being stolen or broken into.
We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was huge. So much room for everyone.
I didn't mind it, but people with mobility issues will struggle with the stairs into the apartment and to the upper level in the apartment.
As it was winter, I'm not sure if the pool was cleaned regularly as my daughter's kept finding dead insects and leaves.

Great spot near tram line and near beach. Huge room with lots of furniture. Plenty of warm blankets and pillows. Tennis court was fun for us to play tennis. Spa and sauna and pool were pretty good - spa and sauna need repairs though.
We could have used a few extra towels but when we asked they said they don’t provide them so we only had 1 towel each, and 2 floor mat towels. No hand towels , face washers or tea towels are provided. No tea & coffee in the room.
The balcony doors are jammed and don’t seal properly so the room is noisy from the road outside and building works going on outside.
