Our room had 2 floors. The bathrooms were both huge. Location wise you couldn't find a better place. I'd definitely return here.

Excellent location for the centre, literally 30m from Arena. Quality sleep with soundproof windows, good aircon, quality bed. Spacious room, good quality shower.

Location was fantastic right in the centre, we were only there for one night but we went to the opera at the Arena and it was literally right outside ! We ate at the restaurant just next to the entrance it had live opera singers doing ad hoc performances and the food and staff were fabulous. We had 2 rooms on the 3rd floor ( no LIFT ) the 4 person apartment with roof terrace was by far better than the double room as the bathroom in the double was very dark and tired, but the bigger apartment was really lovely.

Great location near Piazza Bra and the Arena. Easy access with code. Large room with large bed.
Noisy! The sound of foot steps from the room above was very loud and annoying. There is no carpeting or insulation. The street was lined with large garbage and recycling cans used by the restaurants on Piazza Bra and the sound of trash and garbage dumping was loud early in the morning.
