Everything was just perfect! Fantastic host was extremely helpful and made our checking in so easy and stress free. Good advice on restaurants, bars & cafes. The room was lovely clean and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the air-con was great. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Verona.

Location is excellent. Staff (Federico) was so helpful and welcoming. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Air conditioning struggled (it was hot!), no kettle to make boiling water (tea) and hair dryer was inefficient. Small rubbish bin filled up quickly and no info where to empty it.

Fabulous room very near the old town. The room was clean & welcoming. Coffee machine & fridge were great additions.

Not expensive for close to Arena
There were ants on the floor. Towel change needs extra cost and we were explained about it.
The groves for cleaner are in dust box and glass is not clean.
