Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Very good variety and choice for breakfast.
Great central location for exploring the city. There was nothing lacking, and everything that was provided worked.
There were even sufficient clothes hangers, which is unusual for most hotels.
None of the family liked the design of the shower, but it functioned perfectly well, so it was just a personal preference.

Convenience to the Arena. Staff a little offhand. Breakfast good. Lovely but tiny bar.
The cost for a single room is too much. The hot food for breakfast wasn't hot.
