Super central location with bus stops and taxis directly outside. Excellent selection of self service breakfast snacks and both tea and coffee making facilities. Each room also had its own fridge.
There was nothing - it was ideal for our group of five friends.

The location is excellent - 5 minutes walk to the 2 major Piazzas and close to a number of cafes and restaurants.
There was only 1 chair in the bedroom and so one of us had to sit on the bed when we were in the room - not a major problem, just a niggle.

Excellent arrival instructions, including videos on how to use the shower and open the windows. Lovely staff, very welcoming and accommodating. Comfortable beds and clean washrooms. Great kitchen area, with complimentary bread and breakfast items, coffee, and tea.
Nothing.
