This was the cleanest apartment I have ever stayed in. The apartment was two bedroom (we didnt travel with our kids but would have suited a family), with ensuite and a bathroom with large bath (two showers) and laundary. Well set up with cooking utensils, plates, glasses etc. dishwasher and good sized fridge/freezer, Good tv and plenty of room. Excellent balcony and view. 400m from the beach and also overlooking Merimbula lake. Very friendly helpful owners and cleaners.
Our spa was not functional - could still be used as a bath, and was enormous!
owners tried to fix this during our stay but needed a part ordered. otherwise - fabulous!

Location is very central to Merimbula Hub, I am on the higher floor with balcony and a beautiful lake view. Apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable; bright and airy. I am more than happy to stay again, I wish I could stay longer.
The water pressure doesn't seem strong enough for the shower, and I tried to be careful so water didn't splash on the floor as there is no screen or shower curtain around the spa bath. Everything else is perfect.

Location great very clean
The fridge could have been set at the right temperature it was set on high all our food had to be thrown out management didn’t seem to care. It cost us about$100.
