Location was great, close to town and eateries.
The apartment was looking a bit tired and needed some care.
Disappointed with the state of the blinds.
Pillowcases were stained when we arrived.

Good location and clean. Great view.
No lift, too many stairs. Staff would not tell me my room number; I did not realise that it was the same as the lock box number. I hung on the phone waiting to be "verified" then gave up. I took a punt at the room number as this was scratched on the key.
