All good, no contact with staff. Received text with access instructions and code
Unfortunately although staying 6 days allocated room 2 floors up with stairs. Admittedly better view but one floor down view still similar

minor details- no shower cap
& dislike those tiny milk portions - never enough to make a decent cuppa.
recommendation put 2 x 200 mls in each fridge .
