During my recent trip to London, I was searching for a hotel room to enjoy a few days of exploring the city. I decided to stay at a hotel conveniently located just a stone’s throw from King’s Cross Station, which made travel incredibly easy. I have stayed at Central Station Hotel many times.
The moment I arrived, I was pleased to find the check-in process quick and hassle-free. I had a specific room in mind that I always enjoy staying in when I visit, and I was thrilled to discover that it was available.
The room itself was welcoming and well-appointed. The bed was particularly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. On either side of the bed were large lamps that created a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The flat-screen TV positioned directly across from the bed offered a variety of channels, which was great for some evening entertainment.
Storage space was ample, featuring a spacious wardrobe, a small safe for valuables, and plenty of drawers to keep everything organised. I appreciated having enough room to spread out my belongings without feeling cramped. Additionally, the tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch, offering quality options that let me enjoy a hot beverage whenever I wanted.
The bathroom had a shower that provided continuous hot water at any hour of the day. This was refreshing after returning from a day of walking around the city.
In the evenings, I ventured down to the bar located downstairs. It was well-stocked with a variety of drinks, and since it was a Sunday, the atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. I enjoyed having a drink in peace, taking in the hotel’s ambience.
Overall, I felt very satisfied with my stay. Everything was designed for comfort & convenience, making my time in London enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others seeking a comfortable base while exploring the wonderful city.

Friendly staff bed was best I've ever slept in so comfy close to tube station and places to visit
No lift but can understand with the age of the building no breakfast but plenty of places to eat not enough kareoke lol

Staff were very helpful in getting luggage up and downstairs in the absence of a lift. Convenient for transport connections all over London
No breakfast available onsite, although there was a kettle for tea/coffee

It was fairly comfortable
I thought It was expensive for what it was, and unfortunately no breakfast was provided, which I think it should have been for that price Plus it does list breakfast opening / serving times on Booking.com But in fact there was no provision at all for breakfast, not even to purchase separately Plus I went down to ask to purchase an afternoon/evening meal at 6:10 pm, but I was told that the kitchen had closed for the day Having previously been told that evening meals would be served until at least 7 pm so that was rather unfortunate really
