A really friendly welcome, and all staff at all times were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and fun. The room was comfortable, if not huge, with a very comfortable, large bed. The bathroom, though relatively small, was well appointed with a good shower - always important! The balcony was a plus, with a pleasant garden view, and, we discovered on our second morning, a spectacular view of some of the snow capped mountains when the air was clear! Magnificent! Delicious food, a very good breakfast, and lovely to have the option to sit outside.
We appreciated the complimentary taxi trips from and to the airport.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay.
There is nothing major not to like about the Temple Tree. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was very comfortable and attractive. Perhaps the room could have been larger, but it was perfectly adequate, likewise the bathroom.

It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing view of the mountains and walking distance to everything but what made it more special was the service of everyone was truly amazing especially Nirmal also known as nick he went out of his way every time to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable

Beautiful oasis of a hotel only a couple of minutes walk from lakeside

The hotel is a stone throw to the lake which you could walk to everything.
Not sure why it’s a 5*. I have not stay at any 5* hotels where guests hanging their clothes in the lawn outside their rooms and the hallway to our room we could see all the local daily activities and the swimming pool is only for children to get in and play. The food is below average. Somewhat the electricity just keeps turning on and off.
