Warm welcome from the staff. Helpful, and attentive to our needs. Upgraded room without any request, lovely surprise and unexpected. Room very comfortable, clean, quiet, and warm.

I liked the restaurant for dinner.
I hate all the stairs and the maze of corridors.
I also hated the shower. Standing in a narrow very slippery bathtub was not acceptable.
