The room and bathroom were very clean, and the mattresses were comfortable.
The room was quite small, and as there is no reception, a small welcoming touch such as a note or chocolates would have made the arrival feel more welcoming.

The venue needs clear signage inside and out. Bags of rubbish and old carpets lying outside the front of the property. The refurbishment work was still underway when we arrived. The room was clean, adequate, but extremely small. The whole place had a very strong smell of paint.
There was obviously people staying above us on the first floor and the sound proofing is wholly inadequate, as we could hear more than we would wish too.
