Very well manicured
The beach area - trying to figure out what this was before it was the holiday inn express- and why it’s not cared for- it’s a mixture of a wall and a concrete beach down by the water and pretty dangerous to walk in the water. Either add some beautiful white sand and remove the erosion/concrete rocks (or whatever it was) or turn it into a walled off area overlooking the water. The halls smelled horrendous- seems like people live on the property so all sorts of unpleasant food smells where our room was and halls are very outdated - our bathroom shower wall had a small rip in it and should have been repaired before we got there. The room Itself did the job, nice view of the ocean and grounds and the property was very well manicured and rather pretty. The pool was nice, restaurant was overpriced but super convenient so that was a partial plus - they ran out of pool towels for some reason - never heard of that before. Maybe add some good scents to the hallways like they do at 4 star hotels (yes I know this isn’t a 4-5 star hotel) but a little extra can go along way -
