friendly staff--renoir and the rest of the check-in counter staff are helpful. enjoyed the on-site restaurant!! rooms are spacious and comfortable and have a kitchen(at least my room did). excursions to see stingrays, starfish, other sea-life can be arranged and leave from the dock on the property. nice grounds! an enjoyable place, pleasant and unpretentious, to unwind for a few days (or more!)
it's a bit out of the way (i like to walk everywhere); but this setting actually made it more relaxing , and there is a lush golf course nearby and it's easy to get to 7-mile beach and west bay by transport (i even walked to those places, but in the heat this is quite unusual: almost all people would just use a rental car or taxi!)

The room was beautiful, spacious, the bed was heavenly, and the bathroom was enornmous. The kitchen was outfitted nicely, and the amenities were perfect.
The dryer was a little loud, so someone may want to take a look at that.

Receptions.
I was advertised one price on booking.com and when I got to the hotel the price was different. Alot of hidden fees.
