Basic but decent and clean
So, hereās my take. The official check-in was at 2 p.m., but I arrived at 12:50 after traveling all day. They had the room ready, but told me Iād have to pay 25 euros if I wanted it an hour and 10 minutes early. Honestly, after a long trip, the last thing you want is to kill time in the lobby. I paid, but it left a bad taste. I wouldāve expected a bit of goodwillāmaybe some courtesy or understanding. Youād think good hospitality means being accommodating, not trying to squeeze every last euro. It just didnāt feel like good customer care, which is a shame.
