Very near to the central market, walkable distance to transportations and other attractions. Area was safe to walk even at night. Property was clean and well lit, the bathroom was big. Staff was very helpful, friendly and very responsive. Coffee and teas were free available in the common/reception area within the floor.
It took long time for the airconditioning to cool.

We loved everything about Valola Boutique Rooms! Our room was spacious and attractively furnished; the bathroom modern, large and functional (plenty of ledges and shelves for toiletries); the sheets and towels fresh and fragrant; and the mattress dreamily comfortable. We also enjoyed the many extra courtesies, such as complimentary water and coffee, luxury toiletries, additional beverages available on an honor system, and dishes of candy set out in the common areas. The hotel was responsive from my first inquiries when making my reservation. All of the staff went above and beyond in helpfulness. The location was excellent, being within a 10-minute walk of many of València's main historic attractions. A truly superb stay!

You mentioned offering a late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, but the reality was very different. At 15:36, your staff informed us we had only 5 minutes to leave the room—even after we explained that our two small children were sleeping. This was neither respectful nor considerate, especially for a family traveling with young kids. The room was still showing as available on Booking.com, so the urgency and treatment felt unjustified and unprofessional.
As for the baby cot, we never claimed it was an issue, but it’s worth noting that in every hotel we’ve stayed at—including higher and lower-rated ones—providing a cot for a toddler (2.5 years old) has always been standard and free of charge. This is not an exceptional service but a basic courtesy for families.
We are disappointed by the tone and assumptions made in your reply, especially regarding how you handled communication and our concerns during the stay. Instead of taking responsibility or showing empathy, your message shifts blame and misrepresents the situation.
We believe feedback should be a two-way street, and just as you’ve shared your perspective, we wanted to make sure ours is also heard and accurately represented.
