Comfortable family hotel with good facilities for a family with young kids - playground, small pool, restaurant is decent. Staff was very helpful.
Nice view from the balcony and very close to the lift to Snezhanka if you want to go to the tower.
We were there in the summer and happened to stay at the same time as some organized kids/youth stays and they blasted music until late in the evening for a couple of nights. In addition - there were no bowls on the property, so we had to make oatmeal in coffee cups. The breakfast was nothing spectacular for the 12 euros you have to pay when booking through this site.

location was excellent, lobby nice and comfortable. the beds were super comfy and i loved the pillows.
best part that it is a combination of self catering and a hotel.

The view was spectacular and if you have a child you can watch them on the playground from the balcony. The apartment has spacious and the kids room in the hotel had everything to entertain a small child The póol was great!
The room faced the courtyard and playground, so it was a bit noisy until 11:30pm due to school groups organized activities outside. Also, other guests smoking on the lower level balconies prevented me from airing my room. Next time I will choose to forgo the mountain view to enjoy more quiet and fresh air.
