Really cozy, stylish apartments.. very comfortable.
Some of the staff, particularly the spa ladies, were amazing! So friendly, attentive and warm.
A few downsides stood out. Some staff, particularly in the dining areas, felt quite cold which made the atmosphere slightly awkward at times, despite being professional. For the price, spa access should really be included rather than an extra cost. The location is also a bit far from the main strip, and taxis are expensive for short journeys (around €15 for 5 minutes), so being within walking distance would’ve made a big difference

First of all the receptionist lady, she was INCREDIBLE I think here name was Ilvana or Iliana. Always there to answer questions and super polite, they need to increase her salary. Hotel is amazing 10 / 10 would go again asap another time.
Some of the facilities in the Spa were not working, but it made sense since it was literally last day before they closed for the season. Food was AMAZING tho.

Lovely big bedrooms and we loved the Spa they charge an extra 5 euroes but it’s worth it
The double beds are actually two single mattresses which is a shame when you are going to stay with your partner . Strange smell in bathroom

Great hotel, the buffet was really tasty and it fit perfectly our needs, staff were always positive and very helpful, especially the lady at reception. The location or the hotel is very close to the ski slopes as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to stay in the hotel again!
The ‘game room’ might need a little bit of upgrades at some point but overall we had a really nice time.
