We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival when the hotel upgraded our stay from two double rooms to two apartments. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Regarding the dining, the food itself was fine, though we quickly learned that arriving right at 7:00 PM is the best strategy to enjoy the full variety of dishes before they run out
The hotel spa and gym disappointed guests because the water was a freezing 27°C, the sauna and steam room lacked heat, and the tiny gym had poor equipment. Guests had to ask the receptionist to turn on the heating manually, even though the hotel was full.

The hotel is perfectly located. Very close to the pick Snejanka, much more high then the main complex of Pamporovo. There is a indoor swimming pool, but close by there is a terrace when a sunbath is possible. Because of hight, summer nights are fresh and pretty cool.
