The property was clean and beautiful , view was beautiful , but rear building does not have that much view on the lake
It is written that summer card is available at property , but when we arrived we contacted the owner with multiple emails to have summer card but we could not recieve it till we visited the tourist information centre by ourselves but the owner didnt help us to have it

The hotel is right next to the road, easy to find. Free parking. Nice view of Lake Zell, you can find a peaceful moment by staring at the lake while having your breakfast in the early morning. For skiers, they have 24/7 boot warmers and ski holders, which are everything you could ask for the skiing vacation. I like the layout of the bathroom, separated toilet and shower.
You can not change the room temperature, there are radiators in each room, tho, not adjustable. We were there in early/mid March, which was still chilly in the evening, had to use the extra blanket to stay warm at night.

There are kitchen. If you are with skiis,then it is easy to get in the bus next to villa, that will take to City Xpress bahn or Areit bahn. Beautiful sight-you will see Zell am see lake.
