Nice location close to the center and for people who go skiing in winter, the skilift city-express is 50 meters away. You can easy walk there, even with skiboots.
Very friendly lady, good English speaking, nice and good breakfast. Smaller single room but with balcony is OK

Clean and nicely situated. Present host when needed.
A bit narrow rooms. No elevator which is tricky with heavy bags.
We had a bit weird experience with the host. Check-out time was 10.00, which we didn’t know (and it’s pretty early). 10.05 she knocked on the door and was rather angry that we didn’t leave yet. She could have just told us nicely and we’d packed up rapidly…
