From the very moment we arrived until the moment we sadly had to leave, our entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The welcome, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the ongoing service throughout our stay were simply outstanding. What makes this place truly special is that you are never made to feel like a customer or a client. Instead, you are welcomed as though you are part of the family. That feeling of genuine care and belonging is something incredibly rare, and it made our stay truly unforgettable.
Above all, Mouhssin was an absolute blessing throughout our entire stay. From start to finish, he was exceptional in every possible way — attentive, kind, professional, thoughtful and genuinely caring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his warmth and dedication made such a difference to our experience.
A huge 10/10 to Mouhssin and every single member of the team. Every department, every interaction and every detail reflected an incredible level of care and professionalism.
The owners are truly fortunate to have such an outstanding team. It is clear that the people here genuinely care about what they do and, more importantly, genuinely care about the people they welcome through their doors.
We have stayed in many wonderful places, but it is very rare to leave somewhere feeling that you have not simply been a guest, but that you have genuinely become part of the family.

The staff — Fatiha, Oussama, Yahya, Mouhssin, Othmane, Kaoutar — and the rest of the team were extremely polite, welcoming, and always eager to help whenever I needed anything. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay feel comfortable and well looked after.
The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to a shopping centre and a food hall, which made it easy to get everything I needed. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can take Bus 25 to the old market, and Bus 6 to the new market is just a 10‑minute walk away. Getting around was simple and stress‑free.
The hotel itself was not crowded and not completely quiet, but it had the perfect balance for a peaceful holiday. It felt calm enough to relax indoors when needed, while still having a pleasant atmosphere when going out. Overall, it was appropriate for anyone looking for a comfortable and restful stay.
My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained throughout my stay.
Please always keep the bathrobe in the room until checks out. I had an incident where one of my bathrobes was taken by the cleaner when clean the room because I used it after the jacuzzi. At checkout, the cleaner’s supervisor had to check my luggage to search for the missing bathrobe, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary.

It was a very small hotel. So I don't know why its called a resort.
Secondly its a extremely hot country and water wasn't free of charge ,it cost around £3 for small bottle
Third ,I don't know which unusual designer designed the awkard rooms. We booked a family.suite where privacy was ZERO. No locks in bathroom or rooms, frosted glass door.for bathroom, you could not even change your clothes in privacy, family.room had zero privacy
Breakfast was OK. Staff were polite and helpful.
