The staff could not do enough for you. A special shout out to the concierge team, who helped plan our itinerary for our short trip so that we could make the most of it. The room was fab, very spacious and comfortable. The fact that the toilet is separated from the main bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast was stocked well throughout the morning, which is a huge plus, especially if you like a lie in. The hot food was in fact hot with lovely fresh bread and pastries. Omlettes cooked to order also. There are two pools, one of which was absolutely huge. There was always sun loungers available, so no need for the morning dash. The hotel also had a traditional Moroccan restaurant on site which had stunning food. We ate here on 2 of our 3 nights.
The only negative I could flag is the ants around the pool. Not a huge inconvenience as they are not invasive, but the presence is not ideal.

The location, venue, grounds, etc were excellent. The hotel was beautiful as was the food. Sadly, the terrible attitude of some (not all) of the staff really marred the experience.
As mentioned above, the snotty and arrogant behaviour of some staff members was in my opinion unacceptable and due to this I doubt I would return.
