The beautiful and calming atmosphere from the moment I entered, the staff were attentive and welcoming- it was a delight to stay in the NL Collection. I would recommend to all, a fantastic nights sleep, peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely, and the location is on point.
Nothing was to my dislike, I felt sad leaving.

Nelia Riad was really nice and in a good position inside the Medina.
Everyone was always very kind.
We spent a wonderful time.
The only reason why is not a 10 is because the location needs a bit of maintenance and a bit of more attention on a few things will make the stay perfect.
Service: hammam performed by Hind was appreciated and was a true wellness experience.
The breakfast was very good and the location clean.
Some minor maintenance needed like maintenance to the external door lock of the room not closing, some minor issues with the shower, no hair dryer in each room and the pool on the rooftop not functional.

Interior courtyard is lovely, but much smaller than it looks in the photos that sell the place. The rooftop was lovely for breakfast. Very appealing.
We were first put in a tiny room with no windows/light and really simple features. Held NO resemblance to the photos pictured on the website. We were not happy and asked for another room. We were given a slightly larger room on a higher floor that at least had two small windows so you could barely see the sky. Still after looking at the photos of the rooms which looked decorated and colorful, this room lacked almost any features. The bathroom had zero decorative tiles, cement floors, a rope to hold the toilet paper, and a glass shower that leaked all over the floor with a thin fraying bath mat.
