Excellent location, in the Medina and convenient to taxis and sights, not too noisy. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make us feel like honored guests. Breakfasts on the roof terrace, afternoons at the pool of a sister riad just a short walk away, got us tickets for Jardin Majorelle. And on and on.
We only got to stay there six nights…

Pardon me because this is going to be a long read🫣🤣. While searching for a riad to stay in Marrakesh, it was a bit difficult because I was going with a friend, and we both had different expectations for the room. But I clicked on Riad Houma; they had everything we wanted, and we just went with it. Before our trip, I had a few requests to be met during our stay, and when we arrived, transportation was waiting at the airport for pickup. We were picked up and taken to the Riad. The first impression was wow such nice, welcoming people. All the staff didn't have to be nice to us because we were staying there; that was their job, but no, you could genuinely see that's just who they are caring people. They were helpful throughout our stay. At night, when we went out, they always offered to pick us up after the car park because we were ladies. They escorted us when going out at dawn. They made calls to confirm our tours because of the language barrier. They even organized a birthday surprise for my friend. It felt like a home away from home. We felt safe and comfortable with them. So if you are planning to go to Marrakesh, please stay at Riad Houma they are the best. Plus, the food was a chef’s kiss. To all the staffs thank you for making our trip to Marrakesh more memorable.

Great location very close to the Bahai and Baadi places. The riad is lovely, has a lovely rooftop where we spent a few nights chatting with a glass of lovely Moroccan wine. Super clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing - it was my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special. They organised our trip to the 3 valleys and we had a great hammam and massage. Everyone there was warm, welcoming and made us feel like we were family friends coming to visit.

Perfect location in a quite medina secrion to start your Marrakesh exploration trips. The property itself provides everything you need (even those you didn’t know to require….). Roof top experience is literally top of everything!
