As a group of 4 girls traveling, Riad Nesma went above and beyond to make our stay as safe and as comfortable as possible. The location was right in the heart of medina and walking distance from every excursion pickup point, and the local attractions itself. The rooms were just beautiful with daily room service. Above all, I must recognise the staff. Every member of Riad Nesma went out of their way to make our stay exceptionally better. They walked us too and from our early morning/late night airport and excursion pickups, had the chats every morning at breakfast and made sure our every need was met. I cannot stress how much Riad Nesma made our holiday. Breakfast was a 10/10 feast and different every morning. It included a varied mix of traditional sweet and savoury Moroccan foods. The staff even offered to show us how to make our favourites !

Great location clean and comfortable
Only reason we booked this property was because it was advertised as having heated pool and hot tub jacuzzi. When we arrived we went to go in and they were freezing cold and unable to use.
They turned on the heater so we could use it but took hours to heat and we were only there 1 night. We did use them later on in the night but wasn’t heated properly and was Luke warm.
