Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed in the 2 suites which were gorgeous!

Many people wrote about how great this hotel was, so I wanted to try it for myself. Here’s my personal experience.
The location is truly excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
However, the accommodation has some room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the size of the toilet and the quality of the mattress.
But what I found really disappointing was the breakfast. It starts at 8 AM, yet nothing is ready at that time. The staff bring out seat cushions while you’re already eating, forcing you to get up like idiots just to let them do their job. Meanwhile, they’re sweeping the floor around you, with dust adding to your breakfast experience — or rather, ruining your appetite!
I’ve experienced a lot of hotels, but the Kasbah Hotel would never allow something like this!
And the breakfast itself? Very basic!
If you’re having breakfast in Morocco, go to Kasbah!

Convenient location in the Medina however not too far from the square to take a taxi. Felt safe walking to/from the Riad to bars/restaurants closeby. The building itself is beautiful and the staff very attentive.
Not so much didnt like but there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room and as the hotel is no longer licensed, it means that the roof terrace wasnt used as much as we'd like because this is where I would normally take a drink of tea/coffee in the morning or enjoy a drink after a day out. The property is still being advertised as licensed however it is not any longer. It would have been useful to have been notified about this ahead of the stay so that we could collect something from duty free on arrival.
Breakfast arrives at the table without asking what you would like to eat. I feel this probably creates alot of food waste so it would be better to tell guests whats available and let them choose what they would like.
