It was very clean, I always say the ladies cleaning and they did a great job
I didn’t love the location, it wasn’t bad but it was hard to find for my first time being in Marrakech

The location is fantastic, the staff are wonderful. Hamzah immediately made us feel welcome and took the time to explain the layout of the city with us. He was brilliant for our whole stay and could never do enough. Adil was also great and supported us with a packed breakfast early when we had an early start. The breakfast was always lovely.
The room was lovely and felt very authentic, like a room I have never been in before. It is very quiet in the evening and very cool all the time.
Beds nice and firm.
We had the Hammam and massage: Fadwa was brilliant and very relaxing in the Hammam, then Fatima and Fadwa provided the most wonderful and calming massage. For my partner, who had her massage in a small room, it was less relaxing as the massage bed had to repeatedly be moved around during the massage due to limited space in the room.
No conditioner in the shower (shampoo and shower gel is provided). A bin in the main room would have been really helpful!

Very good location, clean, smells very good and the best thing is the staff. Hamza and Adil were very very friendly, profesional and helpful. Without them the trip wouldnt be the same. I really recommend this Ryad
