Very comfortable & quiet rooms. Very grateful that there was a lift as well ass stairs. Loved the dedicated car parking. A special mention for the excellent bathroom design. So clever to have the ac vent in there!

I found the Heater very hard to keep room warm. Had to get help from Staff. TV needs up grade. Staff member had to find the electrical switch at the Top of TV for it to work. I’m 73 I tried but was was afraid of Falling.

Easy parking.
The Checkin process is very painful, and you pretty much feel like you have read a novel by the time you’re done.
