Location was great - next to central bus terminal. Room was comfortable, good value. Breakfast was ok but could benefit from more fruit options, better coffee and items refreshed sooner when finished.

We just needed a room for the night before boarding a connecting flight to Puerto Natales
Location of the hotel next to central bus station is in a neighbourhood which is unsafe and not clean (road/pavement outside in poor condition, lots of litter and many peddlers). We did not feel safe leaving the hotel to look for a restaurant for dinner.
We departed the hotel 4am, the front entrance was heavily shuttered in metallic casing with only small door to exit. Outside were 2 police cars, one with smashed/cracked windscreen.,
