I LOVE THE BUILDING AND THE PERIOD DECOR! The location is the best when travelling as I do by ferry/train/bus intercity. There are plenty of eateries and other facilities close by.
Nothing really. I am easily pleased but getting less keen on filling in response forms. That will have to do - who dreamed up that very annoying little bar?

The location was good and the bed was very comfortable
In dire need of refurbishment, lots of mysterious stains on the carpet and woodwork. Didn’t provide a bath towel so I had to ask for one (twice). Older staff mostly seemed disinterested, only two were friendly ( a younger man and woman)
