Loved the location. Just a small walk to some lovely cafes with bus stops right outside. Room with private facilities was small, but was happy with that. Our room had no windows which was great for sleeping in.
Did have a korean Zombie movie vibe, which for some is great but may not be for many.
Was difficult to communicate with the receptionis, especially for after hours check in. Random holes in the walls from reception to hallway and even in the communal kitchen. Communal areas hadnt been vaccumed including hallways. Was a little difficult to find our room. Lots of uneven surfaces in the hallways.

The location was perfect; it was easy to take a bus. Checking is very easy after hours.
Room Ok should be best cleaned, but nothing critical. Good cost x benefit.

the two beds were comfortable, bathroom was okay
the saggy slat blind that didnt shut out light at night, the noise from presumedly the air condition was very noisey, The TV didnt work
