Great place to stay and not far to walk to the city. Room was perfectly clean and check-in was no trouble. Would definitely come back again.

The kitchen was so well equipped I cooked most meals as normal - almost like being at home.
Supermarket (and most other places to see, be or spend money in) in walking distance.

The rooms were clean and fantastic location. 7 mins walk to Te Papa Museum.
Self - service was great.
Staff were easily accessible via email.

The check in process was a nightmare. No one at reception, an app that didn't work, so be prepared for some anxiety around this. The apartment however was good and in a good location, very handy to shops, theatre, etc. They just need to get better at the check in.
